Glory Welfare Fund (GWF) fulfils scriptural injunction to care for the poor and needy. The charity ministry is undergirded by the love of Christ our Lord.
Deuteronomy 15:11
For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.’

But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him?

Kok Hu Bursary was established on 5 June 1978 in remembrance of the late Rev Yap Kok Hu’s enthusiasm in promoting education and the spreading of God’s Word, as well as to support the educational needs of the children of GPC members.
Application for Kok Hu Bursary is open from 1 September to 15 October of the year. Eligible Applicants are children of communicant members with monthly household income not exceeding S$4,800 gross OR not exceeding S$1,200 per capita. Worshippers who have been actively serving and worshipping in GPC for not less than 2 years may also apply on behalf of their children (subject to recommendation of pastors & approval by the Elders and Deacons Court).
